• Same-Day Cancellations: Not permitted under any circumstances.

• One Day Before Tour: Cancellations made one day prior to the scheduled tour are not eligible for a refund.

• Advance Notice: To qualify for a refund, cancellation requests must be submitted at least ten days before the scheduled tour date.

💳 Refund Process

• Once we receive your cancellation request, we will initiate the refund process within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, unless you request an alternative.

• If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

• Please note: Any bank fees or payment gateway charges incurred during the transaction are non-refundable and not our responsibility.
