📌 1. Who We Are
We’re a locally rooted travel team offering guided tours, jeep safaris, nature treks, and combo experiences around the majestic Dudhsagar Falls and nearby attractions in Goa.
🧾 2. Booking Basics
- Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only after full payment or a specified deposit is received and acknowledged via email or WhatsApp.
- Payment Options: We accept UPI, bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and cash (where applicable). All prices include applicable taxes.
- Pricing: All rates are in INR and may change due to seasonal factors, fuel surcharges, or supplier updates. Optional extras (e.g., meals, water sports) are not included unless stated.
❌ 3. Cancellation & Refunds
By You (the Traveler):
- Same-day cancellations: No refunds—no exceptions.
- 1 day before tour: Also non-refundable.
- 2–15 days before: 50% refund.
- More than 15 days: Full refund minus booking deposit.
By Us (the Organizers):
- If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-Shows: If you don’t show up and haven’t informed us, the booking is forfeited.
🔄 4. Changes to Your Booking
- You can request changes (e.g., date, group size) at least 48 hours in advance. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- We may adjust itineraries due to weather, forest regulations, or safety concerns. If major changes occur, we’ll offer alternatives or partial refunds.

- Carry valid ID (Aadhaar, passport, driver’s license).
- Non-Indian citizens must ensure proper visas and permits.
- Incorrect or missing documents may result in denied entry—no refunds in such cases.

- Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility concerns before booking.
- Participation in activities like trekking or jeep safaris is at your own risk.
- Follow all safety instructions and local laws (e.g., no littering, no alcohol in public areas).

- We act as facilitators for third-party services (e.g., jeep operators, spice farms). We’re not liable for delays, damages, or injuries caused by external providers or natural events.
- You’re responsible for your belongings and behavior during the trip.
🛡️ 8. Insurance
We recommend travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, cancellations, and lost items. We do not provide insurance and are not liable for uninsured losses.
🌧️ 9. Force Majeure
If your tour is affected by events beyond our control (e.g., floods, strikes, government restrictions), we’ll offer a reschedule or refund based on supplier policies.

If something’s not right, let us know during the trip so we can fix it. For unresolved issues, email us within 7 days of your tour.
